Working Hours: Retail hour 44hrs/week +OT

Salary: $2800- $3500

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, pack, and label food (including sashimi) while ensuring freshness and correct portions.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
Welcome customers and provide good service.
Monitor stock levels and reorder when needed.
Train junior staff to maintain quality standards.
