Nurse Manager (Community/2 shifts/Central)

Oversee and coordinate departmental operations, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and smooth day-to-day activities.

Maintain compliance with applicable nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and organisational policies.

Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred rehabilitation care.

Support staff performance and career development through mentoring, training, and regular performance reviews.

Manage nursing manpower, departmental expenditure, and budget planning to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Able to perform 2 rotating shift duties (1/2days of PM shift per week)
