Procurement Executive (Training Provided)

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to support supply chain and operational activities. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across procurement, order fulfilment, supplier coordination and business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily procurement, purchase order processing and supply chain activities.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

Process and monitor customer orders to support timely and accurate delivery.

Assist in preparing market updates, purchasing reports and supply trend analysis.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in maintaining supplier and customer contracts and records.

Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience in supply chain, procurement or the rubber industry will be an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint.

Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Professional and presentable outlook to coordinate with suppliers / stakeholder.

Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
