Project Assistant

Work Scope

·        Architectural Design and Design Support

·        Manage client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance

·        Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables

·        Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections when required

·        Propose resolve design and technical issues during design phase, compliance and project execution

·        Support project documentation, reporting and coordination tasks

Qualification

·        At least 2-3 years of local Architectural & Project experience

·        Strong capabilities in design development and detailing

·        Diploma in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology & Building Services

·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, ArchiCAD
