Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

Perform delivery and collection of equipment, parts, and materials using company vehicles such as lorries or vans.

Provide transportation support for employees travelling to work sites or designated drop-off locations.

Assist with import and export documentation and prepare relevant shipping and logistics documents.

Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders and carriers to monitor shipment and delivery status.

Provide general logistics and administrative support to the department and undertake other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsible, dependable, and able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.

Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage delivery, collection, and documentation tasks efficiently.
