IT Project Manager

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, manage defect logging with vendors, assist in operational process mapping, and help facilitate change initiatives for end users.

Maintain up-to-date project records including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Must have experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or system rollout support.

Prior experience with Workday Financial Management implementation (e.g., Core Financials, General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, or Financial Reporting) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, Agile/Waterfall project methodologies, and tools like ServiceNow or Google Sheets.

Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.
