Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a driven and people-focused  Recruitment Consultant  to join our growing team. This is a  delivery-focused recruitment role. Your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, assess, and deliver high-quality candidates for vacancies provided by our client-facing team.

You will  not be required to conduct business development or source new clients. Instead, you will focus on what you do best —  finding the right people for the right roles.

The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, target-driven, and highly capable of sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

Source suitable candidates for active vacancies using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

Proactively identify both active and passive candidates who match client requirements.

Conduct targeted searches using relevant keywords, job titles, industries, skills, and experience.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Reach out to prospective candidates and effectively communicate available opportunities.

Utilise creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.

Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates.
