Indoor Sales Executive

Position: Indoor Sales Executive

Location: Pasir Panjang (walking distance from Pasir Panjang MRT)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Food products supplier

Main Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities.

Recommend, explain and upsell relevant products and services.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments where required.

Keep updated on product, service and competitor information.

Research and identify potential new leads.

Follow up on opportunities, close sales and achieve assigned targets.

Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to support timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Perform related sales-administration duties.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline.

At least three years of relevant experience in indoor sales, inside sales, telesales or a related customer-facing sales role.

Good understanding of sales processes, lead follow-up and customer conversion.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using basic sales, CRM or order-management systems.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up on leads.
