RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a primary point of contact for reaching out to suppliers for Part 1 process

Facilitate the supplier registration process by offering guidance and responding to inquiries, reducing turnaround time and improving supplier experience.

Maintain and update records of supplier communications and data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.

Support the team with basic administrative duties and process improvements.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma and above.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Comfortable engaging with suppliers.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
