Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced regulatory professional to join a growing financial services organisation in Singapore. This role will focus on regulatory reporting, compliance operations, customer funds safeguarding, and improving regulator processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements across different markets and jurisdictions.
• Prepare and coordinate accurate and timely regulatory submissions, including financial, transaction and capital-related reports.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails to support regulatory reviews and examinations.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory reporting processes, workflows and controls.
• Support the implementation of tools and processes for data extraction, validation and analysis.
• Identify compliance gaps and work with relevant stakeholders on remediation.
• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology teams on regulator matters.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory obligations and reportin requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on safeguarding customer funds an strengthening operational controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance or risk managemen within banking, financial services, payments or fintech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing complex regulatory requirements and working acros multiple functions.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and customer fund safeguarding is highly advantageous.
