Accounts Executive (3 days per week / West) [EL]

Working Arrangement: Part-time, 3 days per week.

Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s accounting and operational activities.

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger entries.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase orders and other accounting documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Excel and the company’s accounting system.

Review supplier documents and verify the accuracy and completeness of transactions.

Check shipping and operational documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and operational records in the company’s shared drive.

Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of management reports.

Assist with year-end reporting and audit requirements.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
