Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service / Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring timely support and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and after-sales journey.

Your responsibilities include:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Provide professional product information and recommend suitable fitness equipment based on customer requirements.

Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and customer requests accurately.

Coordinate service appointments, equipment deliveries, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Liaise closely with the Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Technical Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Track customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery and service status.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues where necessary.

Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM/ERP system.

Follow up with customers after deliveries and service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in warranty registrations, warranty claims, and service documentation.

Support administrative duties, including filing, report preparation, and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, or after-sales service.

Knowledge of the fitness equipment industry, gym equipment, or sports and wellness products will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience using CRM or ERP systems (such as Odoo) is an advantage.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in coordinating deliveries, service schedules, or technical support is preferred.
