Join a dynamic and talented Global Technology team working to support and improve regional technology operations across endpoint management and regional data center environments.
The Engineer I position for Technology Services is responsible for supporting and administering Windows endpoint technologies across the geography, while also managing regional data center operational activities, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, remote hands services, billing, circuits and infrastructure support.
This role works closely with Global end point system team, local teams, vendors and regional leadership to ensure endpoint devices and regional data centers remain secure, compliant, stable, scalable and aligned with global standards.
The right candidate is self-motivated, technically strong, service-oriented and able to manage both hands-on technical support and operational coordination. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, project coordination, vendor management, communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and escalation resolution
Manage endpoint lifecycle, including OS deployment (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot), application deployment, patching and compliance monitoring
Maintain and enhance endpoint environments through automation, policy enforcement and continuous improvement initiatives
Support Windows 11 environments, Active Directory, Intune, Group Policy and Mobile Device Management solutions
Monitor endpoint health, deployment success and adherence to cybersecurity and global standards
Collaborate with various teams to support global rollouts, compliance and infrastructure initiatives
Support project delivery across endpoint and data center domains, ensuring alignment with global standards
Provide guidance to regional teams on endpoint support processes and best practices
Monitor operational risks, driving continuous service improvement
Coordinate Regional Data Center (RDC) operations, including remote hands services, hardware installations, moves and changes
Manage vendor relationships across hardware, circuits and software licensing, including procurement, renewals and billing validation
Handle hardware ordering and circuit provisioning for RDC environments
Maintain accurate data center asset records, rack layouts and capacity planning (power, cooling, space)
Ensure operational stability of RDC environments and coordinate issue escalation with internal teams and vendors

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation-driven operational practices
Source control and version management concepts, including Git and GitHub
Cloud platform fundamentals
Monitoring, reporting, and operational health management principles
Modern endpoint engineering practices, including configuration as code, automated deployments, and policy-based management
Change management, incident management, and problem management methodologies
Cybersecurity policies, controls, and endpoint compliance requirements
Windows client operating systems, especially Windows 11
Microsoft Intune administration, SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Autopilot deployment and endpoint provisioning
Active Directory and Group Policy
Microsoft Connected Cache
PowerShell scripting
Operating system deployment technologies, including WIM images, driver packages, and application deployment methods
Endpoint patching and compliance monitoring
Data center administration principles
RDC operational processes, including access management, vendor coordination, on-site support, and hardware handling
Data center infrastructure fundamentals, including rack space, power, cooling, UPS, HVAC, fire suppression systems, and environmental monitoring
Hardware procurement, software licensing, network and telecommunications service coordination, vendor management, and billing administration
Understanding of business processes and regional IT support operations; experience in logistics operations is an advantage
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities

Experience developing automation solutions using PowerShell and/or Python
Ability to analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Experience using Git-based source control repositories for script and configuration management

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
2+ years of experience administering Windows endpoints, SCCM, Intune, and endpoint support
1+ years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure support, vendor coordination, or regional technology operations preferred
Experience managing technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
Experience working in a regional or global technology support environment preferred
