*URGENT* Purchasing Executive ($3.5K to $4.2K) #Immediate #NJA

The Job:

To execute MRO supply chain activities in material management, receiving and logistics meeting aviation safety standards and production timelines

Perform physical inspection and document verification for all incoming goods, services and materials. Ensure all aircraft parts and materials are accompanied by valid certification

Inventory Issuance/Requisition: Perform Physical picking and release of materials requested by Production requisition form. Use FIFO or Shelf-Life Control methodology

Ensure store is kept clean, organized and safe at all times

Quarantine Management

Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels using historical data, demand forecasting and min-max for re-ordering or release of blanket orders

Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)

Active follow up and liaise with suppliers on open orders to ensure timely delivery to support sales and production planning

Perform Order Management Ship Transaction, generate Delivery Order (DO)
