Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's Fire Safety and WSH programmes.
Ensure compliance with Singapore's fire safety and WSH regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, audits and fire drills.
Oversee fire protection systems, emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety briefings, training and awareness programmes.
Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Liaise with relevant authorities and external parties on safety matters.
Provide safety advice and reports to management.
Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in WSH, Fire Safety or Engineering.
Relevant Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and WSH qualifications.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Fire Safety and WSH regulations.
