About the role 😊
Managing customer conversations at campaign sites, from first contact through to completed sign-up.
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage customers at assigned sites and identify their requirements
Attend to enquiries, including follow-up questions after initial contact
Complete sign-ups and maintain accurate customer records
Escalate complex cases to the site lead
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements 📋
Patient, personable, and a genuine listener
Comfortable with face-to-face conversation throughout a shift
No experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.
Development and progression 🤝
One-on-one coaching for your first few weeks
Client-specific product and compliance training
Senior role within 1 month, team lead route thereafter
