Responsibilities
Provide Oracle database administration and production support.
Perform database installation, configuration, patching, backup and recovery.
Monitor database performance, availability and capacity.
Troubleshoot database issues and perform root cause analysis.
Support database security, access management and user administration.
Assist with database maintenance, upgrades and migration activities.
Work with application and infrastructure teams to resolve database-related issues.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
1+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
Experience in Oracle Database Administration, backup/recovery and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of SQL, database troubleshooting and database security.
Experience supporting production databases and resolving database incidents.
Oracle certification or exposure to RAC, Data Guard or RMAN is an advantage.
