Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various machines, including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
Inspect finished products for defects and perform quality control checks.
Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain clean and organized work areas and machines.
Requirements：
Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field.
Related experience in machine operation or a related field.
Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
