Job Responsibilities
Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on CRM and sales-related business solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer engagement.
Understand customers’ business requirements and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification and proposal through negotiation and closing.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution discussions with customers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key decision-makers.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM and its business applications.
Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
Experience working with Microsoft partners, system integrators or enterprise customers is an advantage.
