Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients, including monitoring, assessment, treatment, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
Operate and manage critical care equipment while accurately monitoring, documenting, and escalating changes in patients’ conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and deliver effective patient care plans and ensure continuity of care.
Support quality and professional development initiatives, including patient/family education, clinical training, and continuous improvement activities.
Job Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of ICU/critical care nursing experience in a hospital or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care Nursing or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
