Mechanical Project Manager (MNC / Central)

Job Responsibilities

Manage ACMV projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

Lead engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Coordinate project documentation, submissions, claims, variation orders, and stakeholder communications.

Oversee testing & commissioning, system handover, as-built drawings, and defect liability activities.

Job Requirements

At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of hands-on ACMV installation and project management experience with an M&E subcontractor.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office with good knowledge of ACMV codes and standards.
