Restaurant Steward (Dishwashing)

Job Responsibilities

Wash and clean glassware, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment according to hygiene and company standards.

Ensure the dishwashing area is kept clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Assist with basic outlet preparation and support daily restaurant operations as required.

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements

No work experience required – training will be provided.

Willing to work on 6 days' work week (44 hours) rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
