Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring solutions

Build talent pipelines for various roles, including engineers, project managers, and site workers

Ensure compliance with industry hiring standards and regulations

Implement innovative recruitment methods to stay ahead in the competitive market

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as senior recruitment role, preferably in construction or related industries

✅ Strong understanding of construction industry roles and workforce needs

✅ Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices
