Position Title: Service Coordinator

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the business team, distributors/end customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.

Coordinate workflows and information so heavy equipment and delivery details reach customers on time.

Oversee daily service operations, resolve on-site issues, and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Liaise with existing customers and handle their enquiries and feedback.

Work with engineers and mechanics to follow up on service calls and job deliveries.

Coordinate daily internal operations and movements.

Continue liaising with existing customers, managing their enquiries and feedback.

Be responsible, committed, and able to meet deadlines.

Build strong relationships with management, the team, and customers.

3 – 5 years of experience in service operations coordination

Experience with heavy equipment (e.g., reach stackers, crawler cranes, excavators, trucks, forklifts) is an advantage.

Good understanding of business objectives in service operations.

Able to deliver high service standards by balancing resources, prioritizing service requests, and managing customer satisfaction/returns.
