Position Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

Working Location: Redhill

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and record messages during the absence of Sales personnel.

Assist with sales activities: handle inquiries, process orders, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.

Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and update delivery schedules.

Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, samples, and shipments.

Receive and check stock upon arrival.

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Support sales and marketing initiatives, events, and launches.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.

Track and follow up on outstanding payments.

Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient tracking systems.

Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ / Diploma Holders

1–2 years’ relevant experience in sales or admin, preferably in IT or tech industry.
