Position Title: Sales Support Executive

Working Location: Bugis (4 mins walking distance from the MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (8.30am-5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Manage all operational activities to ensure company growth.

Generate purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and quotations.

Support sales team with paperwork, allowing them to focus on acquiring new accounts.

Plan and control inventory, ensuring timely customer payments.

Mentor new Customer Service Officers to ensure they can handle operational tasks and achieve customer satisfaction.

Meet deadlines and targets consistently.

Use the SAP Information System for operational tasks.

Identify and complete tasks proactively.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of work and information and follow up to ensure agreements and commitments are met.

Minimum ITE qualification.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or related field.

Experienced in service industry is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills with clients.

Good time management.

Able to work in team.
