Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

Working Location: Central – Potong Pasir

Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Salary Package: Up to SGD 2900 + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the welcoming point of contact for client calls and emails, providing prompt and professional customer support

Accurately prepare and manage all sales documentation, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes

Support the Sales Team with essential administrative tasks such as reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports

Coordinate order processing and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and seamless installations

Contribute to dynamic, ad-hoc projects and tasks that drive business progress and efficiency

Min. O level

Min. 1 year of experience in related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
