Position Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Executive

Working Location: Gul Circle (Transportation provided)

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Attend to phone calls and email enquiries.

Liaise with clients regarding work schedules and quotations.

Process and clear customer purchase orders promptly.

Perform clerical duties, including data entry, document updates, and filing.

Maintain records of incoming workshop goods, prepare service quotations, and provide administrative support to the service department.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.
