Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Order Processing & Customer Support)

Working Location: Joo Koon

Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Process customer sales orders and ensure orders are completed on time.

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to arrange deliveries.

Update customers on their order status and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely after-sales support.

Assist with inventory coordination when required.

Perform other duties assigned.

Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCount.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will be an advantage.
