Position Title: Account cum HR Executive

Working Location: Upper Thomson

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu: 9am - 6:30pm; Fri 9am - 6pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Finance Manager with daily accounting entries and monthly closing.

Handle HR and administrative duties, including meeting coordination, company activities, office maintenance, recruitment, and new employee orientation.

Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A reporting, and insurance matters.

Handle HR administration, including employee filing, leave records, work pass applications, staff exits, staff handbook updates, and company SOP updates.

Manage company facilities and assets.

Submit government-related surveys, statistics, and grant applications.

Submit claims for government grants.

Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.

Update leave records and attendance.

Monitor insurance coverage for the office and warehouse premises.

Support ad-hoc projects when required.

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.

Knowledge of Navision accounting software will be an advantage.
