Job Summary

Support the Project Manager to coordinate design development, manage authority submissions, and ensure timely approvals for infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-disciplinary design works and manage interfaces to ensure seamless project integration

Manage submissions and approvals with authorities and agencies to secure necessary clearances

Liaise with consultants and design teams to monitor and deliver design outputs on schedule

Track design progress and proactively resolve design issues to maintain project timelines

Organize coordination meetings and maintain accurate records of submissions and approvals

Ensure all required approvals are obtained to align with the construction schedule and project milestones

Required competencies and certifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field with relevant infrastructure or construction project experience

Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes to facilitate timely approvals

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office to support design coordination and documentation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working on LTA or major infrastructure projects

Familiarity with BIM software to enhance design coordination and visualization
