Architecture Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Coordinator tojoin our project team, responsible for coordinating architectural designintent, drawings, and site execution across our construction projects.

Responsibilities

Review and coordinate architectural drawings against structural and M&E works to identify and resolve clashes before construction

Manage RFIs to architects/consultants and track drawing revisions to ensure site works to the latest IFC drawings

Produce/ Review shop drawings

Plan and coordinate mock-up submissions for approval

Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards

Support authority submissions relating to architectural compliance

Raise, track, and close out NCRs related to architectural workmanship

Maintain ITPs and inspection checklists for allarchitectural work trades

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team to resolve interface issues

Support handover documentation, as-built drawings, and defect tracking during DLP

Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent

At least 5 years of proven track record in architectural coordination for infrastructure project

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction detailing

Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage

Good communication skills to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
