Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Working Location: Serangoon (walking distance from Kovan MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 11am to 9pm, Sat/Sun/PH: 10am to 6pm) (rotational shift)

Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowance

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to engage customers and secure service bookings.

Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.

Perform front desk and reception duties.

Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments.

Handle invoicing and payment processing.

Prepare day-end sales settlement and reports.

Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
