Job Description

Position Title: Design Manager

Working Location: Central (Walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the design workflow throughout all stages of the project.

Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all design-related matters.

Contribute to design planning during tender submissions and project planning stages.

Review and approve design submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulatory standards for implementation.

Lead and supervise a team of design engineers and CAD drafters to ensure timely completion of drawings.

Address and resolve design issues efficiently to prevent delays in project progress.

Maintain and enforce design quality standards across all phases of the project.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

At least 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably dealing with LTA projects.

Valid Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized in Singapore is required.

Solid understanding of local design regulations and standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
