Job Summary

As a service ambassador, you will support outlet operations by serving food and beverages, managing cashier duties, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the outlet manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth outlet functioning

Serve food and beverages to customers following F&B department procedures and standards

Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs

Maintain high service standards independently to uphold the café’s reputation

Adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Assist in front-of-house setup and closing duties, ensuring hygiene standards are met

Manage cashier operations accurately and efficiently during assigned shifts

Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support outlet operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Food Hygiene Certification is preferred to support safe food handling practices
