Job Summary

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment, accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience

Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly to guests

Explain menu items clearly and offer recommendations to assist guests in making choices

Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas throughout service

Address guests’ requests and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction

Assist with opening and closing tasks to prepare and close the restaurant efficiently

Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth daily operations

Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standards to ensure a safe environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior experience working in a food and beverage or restaurant environment

Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team

Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced work setting

Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented attitude

Openness to receive training provided for suitable candidates

Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week

Location: Downtown Singapore / Orchard / Raffles Place
