Position Title: Operations & Admin Executive

Working Location: Gambas Cres

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules for pest control and cleaning operations.

Liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Handle service bookings, enquiries, quotations, invoices, and administrative documentation.

Monitor technicians' attendance, job completion, and inventory levels.

Maintain customer records and operational reports.

Support procurement, licensing, and general administrative duties.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

At least 2 years of operations or administrative experience.

Experience in the pest control, cleaning, or facilities management industry is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.
