Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Trade / Import & Export – Food Products

Position Title: Operations Admin Executive / Operations & Sales Administrative Executive

Working Location: Orchard

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9.30am to 6pm), Sat (9.30am - 1.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoices and Delivery Orders (DO).

Process customer orders and respond to enquiries via phone and email.

Track orders from placement to final delivery.

Handle import documents for air and sea freight shipments.

Update stock inventory records daily.

Assist with physical stock-take and inventory reconciliation.

Provide administrative support to the sales floor and daily operations.

Assist with the planning and preparation of company events.

Provide administrative support and reports to the Manager.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration, data entry, logistics, or order processing.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Good typing skills and telephone etiquette.
