HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Director to lead the company’s HR function, with a strong focus on building and expanding our roadshow sales and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the company’s manpower and talent acquisition strategy

Lead high-volume recruitment for full-time and part-time roadshow sales personnel

Build effective recruitment channels through job portals, social media, referrals and campus partnerships

Oversee candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding

Lead and develop the HR and recruitment team

Work closely with management, sales and operations teams on manpower planning

Establish HR policies, recruitment standards and performance-management processes

Monitor hiring targets, recruitment costs, retention and workforce performance

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and fair hiring practices

Requirements

At least 8 years of HR or talent acquisition experience

At least 3 years in an HR leadership or management position

Strong experience in high-volume sales, retail, event or frontline recruitment

Proven ability to build recruitment pipelines and achieve hiring targets

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulations

Strategic, resourceful and willing to remain hands-on
