Job Description

Position Title: Operation Administrator

Working Location: Seletar Aerospace Park, North-East Region

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant product information.

Prepare and follow up on quotations and respond to customer requests.

Process customer orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Follow up with customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and other sales-related matters.

Maintain accurate records of quotations, sales orders, customer information, and inventory.

Assist with receiving and issuing stock, packing orders, and arranging deliveries.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock reconciliation.

Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Min GCE N/O-Level or equivalent qualification.

1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, store or warehouse administration, or a trading environment is preferred.

Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and prepare quotations accurately.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with cutting tools, machining, or industrial products is an advantage but not essential.
