Job Description
Achieve the monthly personal sales targets set by the Company.
Provide professional skincare and wellness consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
Work closely with therapists and the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve outlet sales targets.
Perform general administrative duties, including customer record management and appointment coordination.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Passionate about sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate leadership qualities.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
