Marketing Associate – Entry Level

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic  Marketing Associate  to join our marketing team. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates starting their marketing careers.

The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities, market research, and promotional campaigns while learning practical marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Assist with creating simple marketing content, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Help maintain the company's social media and online presence.

Support email marketing and customer communication activities.

Assist in organising events, promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Collect and organise marketing data and prepare simple reports.

Coordinate with sales, design, and other departments when required.

Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.

Stay updated on basic marketing trends and new social media ideas.

Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior marketing experience are welcome to apply.

Good communication and writing skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Willingness to learn digital marketing and marketing tools.

Creative, positive, and proactive attitude.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage but not required.
