Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems and identify potential issues
Support the operation and maintenance of M&E systems within the facility
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers
Assist with troubleshooting and follow-up of equipment faults and maintenance issues
Monitor contractors' maintenance works and ensure proper completion of assigned tasks
Maintain maintenance records, service documentation and equipment information
Provide basic facilities management administrative support, including work orders and invoice documentation
Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
Basic understanding of M&E systems and maintenance practices
Able to coordinate with contractors and work effectively in a site environment
Responsible, organised and willing to learn
Relevant facilities or M&E maintenance experience will be advantageous
