Job Title: Contract Manager (Renovation construction background) (ID67118)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat, 9am-1pm(wfh)

Salary: $5500 to $8000

Job Description

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.

Lead and support QS team; liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal/technical teams
Manage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims, and final accounts.
Monitor project progress through site meetings and ensure compliance with technical standards.
Identify risks, resolve contractual issues, and recommend solutions.
Conduct post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency, communication, and productivity
Maintain contract management database and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
