As part of a regional team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support legal and compliance initiatives across multiple markets.

Job Description

Support the legal and compliance team in maintaining documentation, records, databases, and governance-related files.

Assist with the coordination and administration of compliance programmes, including communications, training materials, monitoring activities, and reporting.

Manage corporate secretarial documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping for regional legal entities.

Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, manage calendars, and support document execution processes.

Conduct legal and regulatory research, providing updates on relevant legislation and industry developments.

Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to support regional legal and compliance initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paralegal/Legal Executive should have:

Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, Legal & Business Management, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of experience gained within a law firm, in-house legal team, or multinational organisation.

Qualified lawyer is a plus.

Prior exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated industries would be advantageous.

Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to interpret and communicate complex legal and compliance matters clearly and effectively.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
