Building Executive (Commercial/Office Building)

Oversee the day-to-day operations and upkeep of a commercial office building, conducting regular inspections and coordinating rectification works to ensure the premises, common areas and facilities remain in good condition.

Manage building services including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, carpark operations, access systems, common facilities, fire safety and general building maintenance.

Coordinate with term contractors, M&E teams and service providers for scheduled maintenance, inspections, fit-out/reinstatement works and building improvement projects.

Support budgeting, procurement and contract administration, including obtaining quotations, monitoring service contracts, processing documentation and maintaining proper records.

Maintain good relationships with tenants and stakeholders, respond to feedback and operational issues, liaise with relevant authorities, and participate in emergency response and fire safety activities when required.

Requirements

Diploma in Building Management, Facilities Management

At least 3 years of relevant building/facilities management experience in commercial office buildings.

Good understanding of building operations, maintenance, fire safety, contractor management and tenant coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Proactive and organised team player who is able to work independently and respond to operational matters when required.
