Engineering Executive (Commercial Building, up to $5,500)

Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.

Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.

Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.

Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Commercial Building.

Strong knowledge in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
