Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Allowance: S$600 - S$1,000 per month

Celotti Tech Talent is a specialist Talent Advisory and Recruitment Partner supporting AI, Data, Cybersecurity, DeepTech and Robotics organisations across APAC.

We are building an AI-enabled talent advisory business by leveraging automation, talent intelligence, workflow optimisation and modern technology platforms. We are looking for a highly motivated intern who is passionate about AI, business process improvement and innovation to join us on this journey.

About The Role

This is not a traditional internship.

You will work directly with the Business Head and collaborate with our Talent Delivery and Business Development teams to identify opportunities for automation, improve business workflows and support the implementation of AI-powered solutions across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technologies, challenging existing ways of working and building practical solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Automation

Support the development of automated lead generation and business development workflows.

Conduct prospect research and market intelligence activities.

Assist in CRM optimisation and data management initiatives.

Explore AI-driven approaches to business development and client engagement.

Talent Delivery Automation

Support the automation of candidate sourcing and talent mapping activities.

Improve recruitment workflows and operational processes.

Assist with research, reporting and talent intelligence initiatives.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within talent delivery operations.

AI & Workflow Innovation

Research, test and implement AI-powered tools and solutions.

Support the development of internal workflow automation projects.

Assist in building knowledge management and productivity systems.

Contribute ideas to improve operational effectiveness across the business.

Reporting & Analytics

Assist in creating business dashboards and reports.

Support management reporting and KPI tracking.

Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Technology.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas and technologies.

Preferred Attributes

Interest in AI tools, workflow automation or business process improvement.

Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI platforms is advantageous.

Curious mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
