AI & Automation Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive AI & Automation Intern to support the core AI & Automation team in developing AI-powered automated solutions, creating agentic workflows, and building AI tools to improve productivity. This internship offers hands-on exposure to problem-solving, emerging AI technologies, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement within a professional services environment.

This role sits within the AI & Automation department.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop AI and automation solutions using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Python, and local LLMs.

·       Design and generate engaging dashboards to report solution progress and business metrics dynamically.

·       Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and senior Technology team members to understand and translate business needs.

·       Document workflows and solutions,and provide user training where required.

Skills& Requirements

·       Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

·       Familiarity with foundation-level AI tools and underlying concepts, such as inference engines, transformer architecture, and Python for AI.

·       Basic software engineering knowledge, including APIs, webhooks, databases, Node.js, and Next.js.

·       Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·       Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning, technology, and engaging with users.
