Sales Coordinator (Electronics Manufacturing)

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfilment.

Prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipping documentation for local and overseas deliveries.

Support quotation activities for new enquiries and maintain accurate sales, purchase order, and inventory records.

Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and stock availability while resolving coordination issues promptly.

Assist with sales administration and other operational support duties as required.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of sales coordination or order processing experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.

Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
